TAHKOX e2 LLC is tribally-owned by the Delaware Tribe of Indians. Having settled near the Delaware River, the tribe became known as the Grandfather Tribe. Following this, the tribe was the first ever to sign a treaty with the U.S. Government and became head of a friendly Indian state with representation in Congress.
